We are seeking a strong leader with clinical experience in crisis intervention, mental health, and operational management.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and maintain a wellness and recovery-oriented environment across all crisis services.
- Collaborates with the COO, Grants Team and Budget Analysts to submit grant applications to expand crisis services.
- Develops, launches and implements new programs.
- Performance management.
- Comfortable leading staff at multiple levels.
- Provides education and technical assistance to team members regarding all areas of the day-to-day operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Minimum 8 years of working experience with crisis intervention, and individuals and families in mental health, including dually diagnosed individuals.
- Must have reliable transportation, an active driver's license, and a clean MVR.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
- Must have working knowledge and experience with program development/management, billing, budgeting, and operations
- Experience managing a team of Registered Nurses, Advanced Providers, Therapists, Social Workers, and Clinicians is a plus!
