Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population
- Evaluate and create individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions

- Deliver patient education to promote healing and overall wellness
- Participate in performance improvement activities to ensure top-notch care
- Be flexible to cover additional clinic locations as needed
What You’ll Need:
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Eligibility for or possession of an active state license to practice Physical Therapy
- Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
