Job Title: Technical Manager / Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead the new Energy from Waste (EFW) Division. You will manage the tender process, coordinate with clients, and establish a project team. The role is based in Florida and requires strong expertise in waste-to-energy (WtE), procurement, and Public Finance Initiatives (PFI).

Split between onsite and remote
Located in Florida
Minimum 12 month contract
Rate depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the new EFW division and oversee all technical aspects.
Manage tenders, procurement, and project delivery.
Liaise with clients and coordinate with senior management.
Build and lead a multidisciplinary project team.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and project timelines.
Essential Skills:
3-4+ years’ experience in waste-to-energy projects.
Strong technical expertise in WtE systems.
Knowledge of PFI and procurement processes.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Based in or willing to work in Florida full-time (40 hours/week).
