- Have at least one year of Technology Staffing Business Development and Account Management.
- An enthusiastic and positive personality with an internal drive for success.
- A storyteller who can confidently engage with candidates and effectively communicate the ins and outs of a role and our partners' offerings.
- You have the emotional and social intelligence to develop strong relationships and a deep network of contacts
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly growing company
- Excited about working on a start up team (2 years old), in a company where culture still matters.
You will have the opportunity to deliver true full-cycle recruitment, including:
- Recruiting and qualifying interviewing candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, internal ATS, social media, and referrals.
- Interact with high-caliber candidates and clients, including Fortune 100 companies and startups.
- Manage the interview "courtship" from beginning to end... and CLOSING DEALS!
- Learn about ongoing trends and hiring needs; attend conferences if necessary
