Connections Personnel is hiring for a Direct Hire Residential Lease Renewal/Rent Administrator for our client located in Short Hills. Established Real Estate Development Company is looking for a motivated individual to join their team!!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the distribution of 90-60-30 day notices of lease expiration to 25,000 + tenants.
Prepare lease renewal reports for ownership to review.
Update market rents when needed.
Process and generate lease renewals to ensure that rent charges and ancillary fees are charged correctly to tenant accounts.
Have knowledge of local township rent control requirements.
Prepare and submit annual rent registrations required by various towns.
Property management background required.
Knowledge of Yardi/ Yardi Rent Café a definite plus.
Must have excellent communications/computer skills including and not limited to MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
HOURS:9am-5pm
SALARY: $60,000
