Responsibilities:
Respond to dispute or chargeback requests by providing verified tracking and proof of delivery.
Utilize understanding of company policy as marketplace or merchant policy
to refund customers within the guidelines.
Refund items returned based on policy and guidelines,
Ability to independently access the required amount to refund
Must be managed on a timely basis,
Requirments
Our company develops its own internal technology and automation. Employees are expected to utilize the technology and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent interpersonal/ team skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Must have ability to adapt to a fast paced technology environment.
Above average computer, analytical skills and initiative.
Good judgment and accuracy is critical.
College degree preferred, but industry experience is valued.
