Senior Marketing Manager
LHH is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our client’s team in the B2B sector. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our marketing strategy while leading and mentoring a talented marketing team.
Role Overview:
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in both strategizing and implementing marketing initiatives. This is a player-coach position where you will lead by example, taking charge of developing and executing marketing strategies, and overseeing a team of marketing professionals. Your creativity and strategic vision will be key in bringing innovative ideas to life and driving impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the creation and management of marketing collateral, including design, web content, and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute tradeshow appearances, events, and other marketing activities to maximize engagement and visibility.
- Implement digital marketing tactics and strategies, including campaign development and performance analysis.
- Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.
- Strong experience in communications, content development, and web content management.
- Proficiency in designing marketing collateral and managing tradeshow and event marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, strategy, and campaign management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a marketing team.
- B2B marketing experience is a plus.
- Exceptional creative, strategic, and organizational skills.
