Responsibilities
To oversee and provide leadership to the Sales Department for it to meet the goals set by the company.
- Work with Company Sales Department to achieve company revenue, expense, and profit goals.
- Team with Company Sales Department to manage and recruit clients.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and job walks as needed.
- Follow RRCI policies, processes, and disciplines (Co manuals, Handbook)
- Collaborate with RRCI employees to meet and exceed industry standards and processes.
- Responsible for training Sales Department employees on company policies, their job responsibilities, and inter-department communication and continuity. Work closely with the Service and Production Departments to ensure this continuity.
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Sales Department and ensuring sales and revenue goals are met.
- Continually seek to improve the processes and the people within the Sales Department.
- Build, maintain, and manage the sales team and customer relations.
- Travel with Sales team members on customer and/or prospect visits as needed.
- Review and manage sales team activity in Dataforma, Microsoft Office, and other software.
- Ensure all Sales Department personnel are properly managing the customers.
- Review all contracts, subcontract agreements, and change orders for signature with Officers.
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes or complaints.
- Manage personnel in a learning environment to promote personal and professional growth within the ranks.
- Special projects, including Website management, Marketing materials, Dataforma support, Travel arrangements.
Measurement of Performance
- Manager needs to perform duties and be held accountable as Sales Manager to the team Sales Goals and projections.
- Manage employees to RRCI policies, processes, and disciplines (Co. manuals).
- Meet or exceed RRCI revenue, expense, and profit budgets.
- More productivity and less stress from employees.
- Better Customer Experience.

Requirements:
- Some College Education and/or 5+ years of Sales Manager experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong Math and Writing Skills
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Able to climb stairs and ladders
- Maintain balance at heights
- Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Stoop, bend and work on knees, crawl
- Verbally communicate and understand objectives
- Work with extreme weather conditions
- Comfortable with hand and power tools
- Follow all safety procedures
- Keep sites clean and free from hazards
- Adhere to all quality processes
