Position: Project Manager – MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mechanical construction projects, from planning through execution, ensuring all moving parts are coordinated effectively.
- Collaborate with craftspeople, foremen, and owners to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Oversee financial management of projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Implement LEAN construction principles and drive innovative techniques.
- Foster long-term customer relationships, building trust and ensuring repeat business.
- Mentor junior staff, contributing to their professional development and ensuring the success of future projects.
What You'll Bring:
- Expertise in building systems, HVAC, mechanical, and piping design and construction.
- A forward-thinking approach to planning, innovation, and process improvement.
- Proven experience managing mechanical construction projects in a mechanical company.
- Strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage project financials and forecasts.
- Ability to creatively solve problems and drive collaboration among multiple stakeholders.
- A track record of building and maintaining strong field relationships to achieve the best project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5-10+ years of experience managing MEP projects.
- Experience with Design/Build and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean Construction tools and methodologies.
- Experience in sectors such as data centers, federal work, industrial, or healthcare is highly desirable.
