Are you a tenured leader with vision for creating a strong client service culture?
As the Director of Account Management, you'll play a pivotal role in growing and supporting the account management teams across the organization to solidify and strengthen client relationships, resulting in increased contract renewals.
What You'll Do:
- Build and develop regional Account Management teams to support client retention and contract renewals programs in a franchise organization
- Development, implementation and analysis of account retention strategies and incentives
- Monitoring and review of all cancellations, transfers or renewals
- Analyze high priority accounts for ongoing service and communication
- Travel to franchise locations to further facilitate strong client relations
- Provide exceptional review, direction, and mentorship to your team, readily stepping in for support as needed.
Who You Are:
- A tenured professional with 5+ years experience the commercial cleaning industry
- A proven leader with a track record of success in developing and motivating your teams in Sales and Account Service
- A clear and confident communicator who can effectively collaborate with all levels of management and local franchise owners
- A self-motivated achiever who takes ownership and thrives on delivering results
- A problem-solver with the ability to independently find solutions as challenges arise
