The Role
As the Account Director, you will lead a team of digital marketing analysts and account managers, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and meet ad spend goals for enterprise travel clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage client relationships, ensuring their success by understanding their needs and driving impactful growth strategies.
- Collaborate with top-tier travel brands to develop automated, data-driven solutions aligned with broader business objectives.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology to oversee large-scale digital marketing campaigns and analyze trends, providing clients with actionable insights.
- Take ownership of client budgets, including profit and loss responsibility.
- Define, refine, and communicate comprehensive client strategies.
Your Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have the expertise and leadership needed to enhance data-driven marketing strategies for measurable client success.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or ad-tech roles.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts with monthly ad spend in the millions.
- Strong expertise in metasearch, paid search, and display advertising.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data trends and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of managing complex client interactions and presenting strategies to executive stakeholders.
