Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced working knowledge of the most current modeling applications software in use by REI, including being able to create and manipulate Revit families, views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, filters, and similar Revit functions
- Electrical modeling background within the commercial, industrial, or renewables space
- Give verbal and general written direction well and turn that direction into appropriate, working design documents
- Comfortable leading a project and talking with management
- Complete understanding of REI BIM processes and procedures including workflow processes
- Skills obtained beyond the building elements would be creating simple parametric families, utilizing shared parameters, creating schedules, and creating complex geometry
- Fluency in the current version of Revit software employed by the Department
- Fluency in reading 2D plans, electronically or hard copy
- Fluency in the 2D and 3D space
- Fluency in Autodesk Navis Works, Autodesk Design Review
- Advanced knowledge of 3D layout and design
- Electrical experience
Compensation:
$30.00/hr to $40.00/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
