As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our HR functions by driving initiatives that support our organizational goals. You will be responsible for a variety of activities, including employee relations, payroll, performance management, and any other ad hoc requests. You will be reporting directly to our HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Where You’ll Make an Impact
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, with support from ADP’s benefits administration tools.
- Collect data from management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.
- Manage payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and benefits inquiries promptly.
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
- Monitor and ensure company HR policies and procedures are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using ADP’s HR management features.
- Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries or requests, as well as any ad-hoc HR projects.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of HR experience, tech industry a plus.
- Knowledge of ADP HR and payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now, ADP Recruiting, ADP Benefits Administration) a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
