Position: Senior IT Support Engineer (Level 3) - ONSITE - Manhattan, NY

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and resolve escalated technical issues from IT Support Specialist teams.
- Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Systems teams to address complex problems.
- Deliver high-level, personalized support to senior clients and partners.
- Maintain detailed documentation for incidents and resolutions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of IT support experience.
- At least 5 years of IT support experience in a law firm environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with call support.
- Proficiency in Citrix and legal software.
- Expertise in supporting Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android systems.
*Salary: Up to $130,000 annually (depending on experience)
