In this role:
You will:
- Identify staffing needs in various medical settings through a means of lead generation, prospecting, job posting, and outbound calls (cold-calling is a part of this)
- Build and maintain relationships with your own clients, employees, and candidate pipeline
- Work with a mentor and management to hit revenue-based goals
- Negotiation terms in a staffing contract beginning to end
- Adapt, pivot, and align with the needs of schools
- Build lasting relationships with internal colleagues, working together to meet our greater mission: "Make like better for those who make lives better."
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Cold-calling/sales experience a plus
