Service Desk Specialist
Duration: 8 month w2 contract
Location: MUST live within colorado - 100% Remote
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Work schedule:
Training: Monday - Friday 9AM - 6 pm. 3 weeks of training
Permanent schedule after training: Tuesday through Saturday 9 AM - 6 PM
Job Description:
- Providing Tier I support and customer assistance for a mobile application.
- Troubleshooting in both iOS and Android operating systems.
- Enter tickets into the required tracking system.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One year of professional experience in IT Help desk or support.
OR
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar.
