- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across all departments, including R&D, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
- Ensure the company meets or exceeds financial performance targets, including revenue, profitability, and return on investment.

- Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
