his position is responsible for assisting in the operation of department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and or as necessary. In addition to the responsibilities below, the Senior Project Integrator executes controls projects with an emphasis on delivering Direct Digital Controls (DDC) products utilizing industry standard platforms while collaborating with engineering to design robust control systems.
Essential Functions: An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- DDC logic design and programming.
- Electrical control circuit design and review.
- Activities such as installation, commissioning, and site investigations.
- Perform systems integrations using a wide variety of serial and ethernet protocols.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing as required.
- Preparation of proposals and review of plans and specifications.
- Meeting and presentations to customers, internal and external.
- Preparation of technical memoranda, reports, and electronic deliverables.
- Report to work on time and ready to perform assigned tasks.
- Stay busy and look for opportunities to advance project completion.
- Complete assigned Controls Product training as part of the position’s career growth plan.
- Support a culture based on open/honest dialogue and involvement with all team members that demonstrates the value of their input and engagement in improving performance.
- Support a culture of high performance and accountability in employee and site safety as well as other aspects of the business.
- Complete weekly timecard accurately and timely by 9am every Friday morning.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in designing, developing, and implementing control systems for various industries, including HVAC, building automation, and industrial processes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in programming Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems to optimize building and process automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve control system issues, ensuring consistent operation within defined performance parameters.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and technicians, to support control system projects.
Salary Range: $90k-$130k/yr. DOE.
