Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Producer Agent Aspirant at the State Farm- Chad Carlisle Agency located in Parker, CO. The Agent Aspirant will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, meeting sales targets, building client relationships, and providing insurance and financial solutions to customers. This position is open to driven individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset with the opportunity to advance into agency ownership in 2-5 years.

- Knowledge of insurance and financial products and industry regulations

Requirements:
- Must obtain CO Property, Casualty, Life and Health licenses prior to appointment date
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 year prior sales experience preferred
- Must be able to pass background check
