THE CLIENT
This particular client is a small - mid-sized MEP firm who have been around for over 25 years. They work a variety of Building types: Healthcare, Education, Automotive, Restaurants, Commercial, multi-unit residential, etc.
ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES
• HVAC design (airside, hydronic, steam) for a wide variety of multi-disciplinary project types
• Ductwork, piping, sizing, fan, pumps, air and water flow, SD, DD, CD
• Equipment sizing and calculations, load calculations, systems applications, energy modeling
• Site/ client visits
REQUIRED/ HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 1-5 years US experience post Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar
• REVIT, AutoCAD, Trane Trace or HAP or IES VE Energy Modeling software
