What to expect:
As the ACT Team Therapist you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that provides quality evidenced based practices to clients living in the community struggling with behavioral health issues.
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 / Year

What you will get to do:
- Provide high quality treatment using ACT evidenced based practices and maintain 15 hours a week treatment caseload
- Maintain total confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards and Maryland State Regulations
- Plan and carry out individual, family and group therapy relative to the client’s needs while ensuring collaboration with recovery plans and other staff
- Responsible for coordinating treatment and stabilization with identified natural supports and with community service providers
- Complete all regulatory documentation of client treatment and share information in a timely manner with other professionals working with client, both internally and, as needed, outside agencies
You will bring these qualifications:
Experience Level: Mid – Level
Education: Degree
- Currently licensed mental health professional with valid Maryland license of LGPC, LCPC, LMSW or LCSW-C
- Personal stability, flexibility, energy, and commitment to working effectively and respectfully with clients with severe mental illness
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a teamwork environment; flexibility to work off-site. Availability for work including some evenings and weekends as needed
- Knowledge of ACT evidence-based practice (EBP) standards and proven ability to meet them
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and current CPR and First Aid Certifications
Shift & Schedule: Monday – Thursday, work 36 hours per week, paid for 40 hours per week.
