RBW has partnered with a mid-sized, Immunology biotech with a diverse pipeline and strong team culture. The Director of Biostatistics will report into the Head of the Biostatistics function, and will work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional groups to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely and accurate fashion.
This candidate will have the opportunity to be responsible for the management, oversight, and direction of multiple projects, author SAPs (including TLF shells), develop cross-functional data review plans, and help to represent the company to regulatory authorities.

- 12+ years of experience as a biostatistician working in clinical trials, with a deep understanding of statistical methods in drug development
- PhD Biostatistics
- Proficiency in SAS and R
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Rare Disease/Immunology experience strongly preferred
- Ability to go onsite in the Bay Area at least 1x per week
