The Project Manager, Digital Experience is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of all ecommerce consumer facing content and merchandising across our seven banners.

Core Functions / Minimum Requirements:
Seeking an experienced and passionate digital minded individual to manage & merchandise online marketing content for seven unique shopping banners. The Project Manager, Digital Experience is responsible for managing the execution of the content roadmap for all consumer facing websites& mobile applications.
- Develop the content & creative asset calendars for our six banners; ShopRite.com, TheFreshGrocer.com, PriceRiteMarketplace.com, GourmetGarage.com, Fairwaymarket.com, DearbornMarket.com and DiBruno.com
- Manage the team responsible for maintaining the storefronts for all seven e-Commerce sites; oversee the setup and scheduling of all digital content for website & mobile across all 6 banners through the content management system
- Oversee the Digital Product Catalog & Catalog support (setting up keywords & validating items are available for online sale) across all banners
- Coach, develop and lead a team of four Digital Content Specialists and two Digital Merchandisers
- Ensure all digital content related to the site experiences are posted on time and accurately
- Partner with cross functional teams to development and implement promotional landing pages to support themed events for the corporate calendar and 360 campaigns
- Oversee the management of online listings for all stores across all banners
- Manage third-party relationships
- Partner with Digital Partnership team to keep site content in sync with advertising campaigns, build Branded landing pages in support of Onsite monetization efforts
- Partner with the Customer Care team to keep Customer Satisfaction high, respond / troubleshoot inquiries and site notifications
- Partner with IT and Digital product team to ensure new requirements are clearly articulated and ensure all necessary site issues are addressed
- Be actively involved in the sprint planning & UAT process to ensure a frictionless user experience
- Ensure daily QA & continually monitor of all 7 websites to proactively ensure that information is accurate, content is current, and pages are free of errors
- Investigate and report any operational or technical issues and work closely with relevant teams to resolve them quickly and professionally
- Execute all activities with the highest integrity
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience leading medium to large size projects.
- 4-year college degree required.
- Grocery Retail industry experience a plus. Five-Seven years of experience in e-commerce, preferably business to consumer environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to lead and inspire associates within the team, and across the wider business.
- Proven ability to interact with associates at various levels, both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate understanding of best practices in e-commerce including: consumer journey mapping, content creation/management, site merchandising, taxonomy, mobile optimization, SEO, CRM, promotions, reviews, site personalization.
- Must have incredible attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, time management skills, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and take meaningful action upon it.
- Strong interpersonal and creative skills.
- A strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and multiple tasks while responding to changing priorities.
- A hands-on self-starter, with a can-do results oriented positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
