Your objectives:
As the Senior Director, Clinical Development - Respiratory, you will be measured against the following objectives:
- Lead and manage clinical programs across all phases of clinical research worldwide.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external co-development partners and opinion leaders.
- Ensure the successful execution of multiple Clinical Development Plans (CDPs) and secure necessary resources.
What you will do:
As the Senior Director, Clinical Development - Respiratory, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Foster relationships with opinion leaders in respiratory, pulmonary, and allergy disease areas.
- Manage external co-development partners and CROs in ongoing and planned clinical development programs.
- Serve as a core member of the Global Project Team.
- Prepare and manage Clinical Development Plans across multiple programs.
- Lead cross-functional clinical development teams.
- Support Global Clinical Operations in trial initiation, resource planning, and study completion.
- Oversee the preparation of key clinical documents and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure clinical trials comply with ICH GCP guidelines and relevant laws.
- Partner cross-functionally with regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and other departments.
What you will bring:
These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Senior Director, Clinical Development - Respiratory:
- Experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in the respiratory, pulmonary, or allergy therapeutic areas is strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with clinical data interpretation.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- MD, DO, PhD, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
