Responsibilities and Duties:
• Conduct functional and IVR testing to identify and resolve issues or bugs.
• Record, report, and manage defects in the IVR system.
• Collaborate with developers and team members to enhance IVR system performance.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases specific to IVR testing.
• Document test results and track performance metrics, provide recommendations to improve IVR system functionality.
• Gather requirements and ensure the IVR system meets business needs.
Required Skills:
• Understanding of the Telecom domain and prior experience in IVR project execution is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with defect lifecycle management tools.
