My client – a global commodity information provider – is looking for a Global Account Manager to manage and grow their high-value enterprise accounts.
We're seeking candidates with a strong background in commodity intelligence or related industries who can create transformational partnerships and drive business growth.
Principal Accountabilities
- Develop transformational partnerships with clients based on a deep understanding of our products and services to ensure their long-term commercial success.
- Maximize sales productivity by engaging dynamically with clients around their needs and priorities, strategically driving new business pipelines.
- Understand client workflow—how their data and information are procured, disseminated, and consumed, and the measurable impact on their business.
- Engage with strategic growth initiatives to provide benefits to clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrate innovative and progressive thought in company meetings and sales team cadences to foster a collaborative environment.
Knowledge and Skills
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Consultative sales and negotiation skills with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
- Proven leadership in managing multinational global accounts.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Competent with reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management systems (e.g., Salesforce).
