The Amenity Collective is looking to hire a Finance Director to lead the financial activities of Pearl Pools and its family of companies, a member of The Amenity Collective. The Finance Director will drive financial reporting compliance and partner with the CFO to achieve business results.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee a team to drive the day-to-day financial activities (order to cash, procurement, general ledger accounting) in-line with Company objectives
- Lead month end close activities for the business to ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP within reporting deadlines
- Analyze financial performance, informing management of trends and variances, with supporting detailed analysis
- Maintain a strong control environment in compliance with SOX
- Primary owner of audit support and maintenance of SOX schedules
- Maintain financial reporting systems used in day to day financial management activities
- Partner with the CEO on commercial objectives to grow business results, including financial modeling of proposed solutions and forecast projected impacts
- Maintain standard operating procedures for each of the ongoing finance work streams that supports the business
- On an as needed basis, assist in company-wide new system implementation efforts, and new transaction, merger, or acquisition evaluation
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years in a mid-market or larger corporate finance environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis
- Proficient in US GAAP
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple work streams, while prioritizing the critical items across multiple finance function responsibilities to achieve results
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals across functions and at all organizational levels, including executive management and operating personnel
- Establishing and maintaining an effective internal control environment
- Experienced in Salesforce preferred
- Experienced in Workday preferred
- Ability to travel on an as-needed basis
