Teague Campbell employs 30+ attorneys throughout North Carolina who defend and advise businesses, insurance companies, third-party administrators, and public sector entities. Our Litigation practice group has experience in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, medical malpractice, professional liability, products liability, construction litigation, commercial transportation liability, and eminent domain. The Position
A Litigation Attorney at Teague Campbell will work side by side with senior partners in a positive work environment, taking an active role in each case. Opportunities to learn are around every corner, and the firm’s strong mentorship program develops associates into first-chair lawyers.
The Ideal Candidate
· Is a North Carolina licensed litigator with a minimum of 3 years of complex litigation experience;
· Has significant experience in the areas of trial preparation, taking depositions, legal writing and research;
· Is able to confidently appear before state and federal courts;
· Is an independent thinker with the ability to research and analyze information to help move a case forward;
· Can develop strategies and report case updates to senior partners
