In this role you will be responsible for onboarding new customers to the company’s suite of software/hardware products, staying on top of internal systems and helping existing customers resolve tickets, as well as writing Standard Operating Procedures.
This role would suit a level 2 technical solutions specialist looking to play a crucial role in the future growth of this highly successful organization, who offer a strong benefits package and structured progression opportunities.
