A Top 20 AM Law Firm is seeking a M&A Associate to join their tier 1 ranked Corporate practice in San Diego.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team of experienced Associates at a prestigious international firm.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4-6 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions
- Strong M&A skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates and handling day- to- day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for clients with sophisticated needs
- Juris Doctor- admission to the California bar
The yearly salary range for this position is $310 000- $390 000.
