Title: Litigation Associate Attorney (PI, Sex Abuse, and/or Employment Litigation))
Location: Oakland, California (100% Remote)
Salary: $140k-$200k+Bonus and Benefits
Qualifications
Ideally a minimum of 2 recent years of litigation experience with the following:
- Wage and hour disputes, workplace discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, etc.
- Medical malpractice or plaintiff personal injury
- Sex abuse matters
- Must be licensed to practice in California
- Experience with all of the above is a major plus but it not required
Education
- JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar Association
