As a Principal Product Manager, you will be a key player in a cross-functional start-up team, driving the productization of new capabilities within A10’s control plane solutions, security, and proxy products, while promoting these innovations to early adopters in the enterprise and service provider sectors.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and maintain expertise in securing GenAI applications and LLMs using established frameworks like NIST
- Collaborate with customers and sales teams to define pain points and desired solutions, creating a clear product vision
- Target new AI teams focused on security within large enterprises and service providers
- Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to develop innovative and differentiated solutions
- Create organic and inorganic product roadmaps with a 6- to 12-month outlook
- Identify and operationalize partnerships with third-party companies
- Work with go-to-market (GTM) teams to promote solutions, participate in Executive Briefings, and engage with customers both remotely and in person
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferably with a focus on AI) and at least 5 years of experience in product development, architecture, or management in GenAI technologies; a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science is preferred
- Experience with generative AI technologies, cloud-based LLM services, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and inference technologies
- Strong understanding of networking and control plane solutions, with a focus on security
- Product experience in development or solutions integration for enterprise hardware and/or software solutions
- Familiarity with business partnerships, including strategic and operational aspects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences
- Experience in startup environments that demand speed and innovation
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in developing AI or Machine Learning applications and knowledge of inference stacks from vendors like NVIDIA
- Familiarity with proxy solutions and data protection
