Job Description
Product Development Engineer with a proven track record of delivering robust test solution for memory systems and sub-systems.
- Responsible for ensuring the testability of complex systems and sub-systems from concept stage through high volume manufacturing
- Make significant contributions to design, development, and validation of test capabilities
- Evaluation, development, and debug of complex test methods and strategies
- Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis
- Analyzes early factory data and customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities
- Develop and monitor factory test qualification activities
- Creates and applies concepts for optimizing system & sub-system production relative to both quality and cost constraints
- Self-starter who can plan and schedule own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment
Qualifications
- BS or MS Engineering degree in CPE, EEE, EE, or CS
- Experience with NAND, SSD or related technology
- Extensive understanding of Memory testers and test code environment, specifically C, C++ and Python
- Strong level of understanding of the entire Semiconductor manufacturing flow Fab, Wafer Sort, Assembly, Test
- 6 or more years of experience working in test/product development or related field
Additional Information
For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $113,210 to $196,720. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
