Role Description
Camarda Wealth Advisory Group is seeking a Personal Wealth Advisor for a full-time on-site position located in Fleming Island, FL. In this role, you will support clients in achieving their financial goals while delivering service that exceeds expectations. You’ll collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives related to customer satisfaction, client retention, and business growth.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Engage clients in a comprehensive financial planning process, identifying their values, goals, and objectives.
- Assess a client's current financial status and develop tailored plans.
- Conduct annual reviews addressing both financial planning and investment topics.
- Develop opportunities by generating referrals from existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure timely updates to the CRM.
- Analyze client portfolios, investments, and insurance policies; place trades and manage accounts as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, in a similar client-facing role
- Series 65 or Series 66 license
- Advanced designation required (CFP, ChFC or similar) Candidates currently enrolled in a similar program are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of investment solutions, financial planning strategies, tax and estate planning concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using investment software/planing programs such as Money GuidePro, Salesforce, Orion Advisor.
