Wayne, PA based company is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper who has experience doing bookkeeping for various local clients. Public accounting experience is highly preferred.
Duties include:
• Data entries of income and expenses
• Reconciliations with bank statements
• Accounts receivables
• Accounts payables
• Journal entries
• Preparation of monthly reports
• Payroll and tax entries
• Credit card reviews and reconciliations
• Account analysis
• Depreciation and asset schedules
• Balance sheets, income and expense statements
• QuickBooks payroll and ADP Payroll systems
• Payroll tax returns, filing through E-Tides, W-2’s
• Sales tax
• 1099’s
