We are looking for a candidate that will continuously improve business strategies that foster innovation and optimize processes. Working closely with the executive team, you will identify and capitalize on business efficiency opportunities ensuring sustainable growth and long-term success for Peaden.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience implementing/maintaining procedures and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance
- Minimum of five (5) years, verifiable full- time operation management experience
- Strong financial acumen required to properly analyze and communicate actual performance and prescribe effective corrective actions that produce the desired results
- Results driven, analytical, self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to logically identify alternative solutions or approaches to complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively manage operations with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Embrace being constantly challenged to grow and improve operationally and professionally
- Demonstrate a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small or large, impossible, or cannot be improved
- Ability to travel weekly (25%-50%) throughout the Gulf Coast of FL and Alabama
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment background check
Responsibilities
- Champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational management protocols, practices, and tools
- Focus on utilization of Nexstar processes, procedures and KPI’s
- Highly motivated and results driven business development and accountability professional with solid proven experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of operational success.
- Act as a strategic partner on the leadership team and liaison among the sales, service, installation, and operations department
- Work autonomously while ensuring Ownership’s expectations are readily met and exceeded
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company
- Collaborate with Ownership on long & short-term plans for company growth
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
