About the Role: As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing SimpleSUB Water’s growth marketing and inbound strategies. You will collaborate with a talented team to drive lead generation and create engaging content in industries like multifamily housing, HOA communities, mobile home parks, and real estate investment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all growth marketing efforts for SimpleSUB Water, including SEO, SEM, social ads, and email marketing.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to connect with our key markets.
- Work with a team of freelancers and partners to enhance our digital presence and maintain consistent messaging across all channels, with a focus on paid acquisition
- Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to improve performance, including lead generation and conversion rates.
- Measure campaign success through KPIs, focusing on engagement, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI).
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar to ensure a steady flow of high-quality, engaging content.
- Research and stay current on digital marketing trends, industry behaviors, and target audience preferences to inform strategy.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in B2B inbound marketing for hardware/software solutions
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), and email marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience creating campaigns for multi-family properties, HOAs, and real estate investors is a plus
- A passion for sustainability, water conservation, proptech, or real estate is a plus.

- Base compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $90,000
