We are seeking a highly motivated IT Associate to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in improving businesses process in a financial environment. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of our IT systems.
This role will be fully onsite in our Atlanta Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O issues.
- Quality/Testing:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
- Microsoft DevOps:
- Manage and maintain tickets Azure DevOps.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of working experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Interest in learning accounting and business processes.
- This position is fully in-office in Atlanta, GA.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Experience.
- Experience in Software Quality Assurance and testing.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, Cucumber, Soap, etc.
- Microsoft DevOps Experience, particularly Azure DevOps.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis.
