Pride Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time opportunity to support our client's hospital facility in King City, CA. This is a permanent direct hire role.
Essential Functions
• Evaluate and treats patients under order from the referring physician.
• Evaluation and treatment programs are developed through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to improve communication and/or swallowing efficiency.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to facilitate improvement in communication skills.
• Provide early intervention services for children with speech and language delays.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about speech disorders and the therapeutic process.
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
• Current CA Speech-Language Pathology License
• Prior related experience preferred
• Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and support.
Shift: Days (40 hrs/week)
Salary Range: $101,000.00 to $148,000.00 | Relocation Assistance discussed.
