Seeking a Homebuilding Director of Sales to oversee all sales activities, manage escrow closings, and represent the company to the public. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for sales projections.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance:
- Meet or exceed established sales goals.
- Create new incentives for various neighborhoods.
Team Coordination:
- Motivate and collaborate with Sales, Escrow, Marketing, Construction, Product Development, Land Acquisition, and Mortgage departments.
- Recruit, hire, and train future sales representatives, fostering a motivated sales team.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve issues across all departments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct competitive analyses of products, features, and neighborhood amenities.
Advertising Collaboration:
- Work with the Marketing Coordinator/Manager and Division Manager on advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with agents on marketing promotions.
Realtor Engagement:
- Organize realtor outreach events, such as breakfasts, lunches, and office presentations.
Event Oversight:
- Oversee grand openings and the launch of new phases.
Professional Conduct:
- Conduct all business ethically and professionally, enhancing customer service and contributing to the company’s goodwill and profitability.
