Job Title: Superintendent - Data Center Construction

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Superintendent specializing in Data Center construction to oversee and manage the execution of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of Data Center construction processes, systems, and technologies, coupled with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years focused on Data Center projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, critical infrastructure, and technical requirements specific to Data Centers.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification (preferred).
