Responsibilities:
- Analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and follow leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and understand their recruitment needs
- Develop and implement sales plan to achieve sales goals
- Attend industry events as networking opportunities in the Denver market
- Negotiate contracts/fees for selling recruitment solutions
- Pursue new clients through networking, cold calling and leveraging existing relationships
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (Agency recruitment experience is a plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work on a hybrid basis out of Denver Office
Compensation: $55k - $60k base + commission
