The ideal candidate will have:
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, including, recruitment, performance management, and learning and development.
- Experience with HRIS systems, such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, ADP, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HRIS systems and data management tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite applications.
- Experience with change management or organizational development.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
