Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid/Senior M&A Associate to join the firm's dynamic team in New York. The successful candidate will have strong experience working for both sponsor and Actor Lenders.
Qualifications:
-3-6 years of experience in M&A
-Strong academic credentials and a proven track record of success in a top-tier law firm.
-Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
-A proactive and client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
- general M&A and transactional experience, with a focus on M&A transactions involving public companies (on the sellside and buyside) and related securities laws
-Admitted to the NY Bar
