Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team. As the Technology Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems by overseeing our technology infrastructure. This leadership role requires collaboration with various departments to identify and implement technology solutions that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Information Technology, Software Engineering, Programming, and PLC Engineering departments.
- Act as a liaison between these departments and upper leadership.
- Create and manage capital project budgets.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Project Manager on various continuous improvement projects.
- Work with the quality assurance department to ensure all necessary documentation meets ISO/FDA requirements.
- Maintain company network and server infrastructure.
- Prevent cyber security issues.
- Develop continuous improvement plans.
- Hours outside of the regular workweek may be required for equipment scheduling.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A four-year degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology (relevant work experience may be considered in place of education).
- At least 10 years of experience in Software Engineering and Information Technology, with an understanding of PLC programming.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, which involves controlling factory machines or processes using Bit Logic (1's and 0's).
- Experience with in-house software development.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle.
- Exposure to various programming languages such as C#, ReactJS, ExpressJS, and Python.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Understanding of network systems and server equipment.
- Knowledge of internet security and data privacy.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC.
- Expertise in factory automation equipment and HMI Screen Development.
- Experience with FactoryTalk Site Edition, HMI software for monitoring and controlling applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to implement continuous improvements.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
