Demand Gen (ABM) Senior Manager - Los Angeles (Hybrid) - $120k to $150k plus package
I am currently recruiting for a Demand Generation (ABM) Senior Manager role with one of the fastest growing, globally recognized, Fintech brands. The AI-enabled enterprise software empowers the banking, retail, and service industries worldwide.
What will you be doing?
- Lead the execution of targeted ABM campaigns to drive engagement and pipeline growth for both new and existing enterprise accounts
- Work closely with sales and product marketing to ensure account-specific strategies are aligned with broader business goals
- Ensure consistent messaging and content tailored to key personas, including C-suite executives, operations leaders, and sales decision-makers
- Create and manage integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns utilizing website, direct mail, email, events, paid media, digital ads, webinars, social, and content syndication
- Utilize ABM platforms (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase), marketing automation (e.g., Hubspot), and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track and measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns
- Own ABM performance metrics, including engagement rates, pipeline contribution, and deal velocity. Regularly track and analyze results to refine strategies and improve ROI
What skills do you need?
- 5 years of experience in account-based marketing, demand generation, or closely related fields within B2B SaaS or tech marketing
- Proven success in designing and executing ABM strategies across multiple channels, with a focus on pipeline creation and revenue growth
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with account-based sales strategies
- Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase), marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize accordingly
The role is paying circa $120k - $150k plus package
