The physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to residents admitted to the nursing home. Collaborate with and supervise assigned Advance Practice Provider(s) in providing patient care during on-site visits and on-call hours. Address residents' health concerns, promptly responding to changes in their condition and collaborating with facility staff to adjust care plans as needed. Review and provide recommendations for medication management, collaborating with the pharmacy to ensure safe and effective pharmaceutical care for residents. Other duties as assigned by the facility's administration.
