Position: OAS Architect (Oracle Analytics Server Architect)

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Server, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architecture Design: Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Analytics Server solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Implementation: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and optimization of OAS environments, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate data sources into OAS, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
• Dashboard & Report Development: Guide the development of interactive dashboards and reports, leveraging OAS features to meet business analytics needs.
• Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for data modeling, visualization, and reporting within OAS.
•Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize OAS performance, implementing best practices for query performance and resource management.
•Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring effective use of OAS tools and features.
•Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and IT, to drive analytics initiatives.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience with OBIEE/OAS
o RPD modelling
o Dashboard Development
o BI Publisher report
o OBIA Apps
o OAS administration

• Strong SQL skills, experience with Oracle EBS ERP data.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently with end users.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in analytics and business intelligence, with a strong focus on Oracle Analytics Server.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and related technologies (e.g., Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud).
o Experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
o Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
