The Electrical Engineer works closely with project engineers, project managers, and O&M teams to provide design for the company’s ongoing biogas utilization projects. The position requires implementing sound engineering principles to ensure project designs are at the industry’s cutting edge. An ability to work independently, self-motivate, and communicate effectively with team members is of the utmost importance to this position.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in an engineering role.
- Proficiency in performing short circuit current, grounding, and coordination studies.
- Set up, program, and oversee testing of new and installed electrical equipment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SKM Power Tools preferred
- Facility UPS System and generator design.
- NETA Testing.
- Proficiency with Schweitzer Electrical Laboratories, Basler, and GE protection products and software.
