WSN is seeking a Sr. Application Support Engineer to place in an on-going consulting opportunity with our client, a global bank, based in New Jersey.
Job Description:
- Years of Exp : 10-14 yrs in Application support.
- Providing L1/L2 support coverage.
- Resolving user Inquiries and handling Production Incidents.
- Experienced with SQL, ETL, Linux, Windows
- User access reviews, Audit reviews, IDM reviews
- Help in coordinating/Managing DR flips
- Supporting Tidal jobs
- Good to have prior application support experience with any of these.(Murex, Smartloan, Loanet, Client).
- Supporting applications under Market Operations Support group.
- Experience with settlement, collateral and reg reporting(FI/EQ) and derivatives product.
- Working with various vendors to support different applications.
- Ability to multitask several ongoing issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resolving user queries from business users.
- Picking up prod Incidents, Tidal Job failure tickets troubleshooting them and resolving them.
- Documenting and maintaining support knowledge share on Confluence.
- Working on data review by Audit teams, IDM team.
- Running reports for business users by querying DB.
